The Ollie (click for video)

To perform an Ollie, put your back foot on the tail and your front foot in the middle of the board.  Pop the tail hard while jumping off your back foot.  (Timing is he hardest part.)  While juming, drag your front foot up to the nose to lift your board.  Level out the board and land.

The Shove-it (click for video)

To do a Shove-it, place your back foot on the tail (it helps if its place slightly to the corner of the tail) and your front foot near the middle or anywhere you want.  Pop the tail and shove the board with your back foot.  The board will rotate 180.  Once the board has fully rotated, catch it and land.

To kickflip, put your back foot on the tail and your front foot at 3/4 of the board, your heels hanging off. (Some people have there front foot at a 45 degrees angle.)  Pop the tail hard while jumping off your back foot.  Drag your front foot up and pass the heelside corner of the nose to lift and flip your board.  Once the board has fully flipped, catch it and land.

The 50-50 (click for video)

To 50-50, ride to the object at a comfortable speed.  Get on, balance all the way to the end and land.

The Bs Boardslide (click for video)

To Bs Boardslide, ride to the object at a comfortable speed (Speed looks better).  Once you get on, turn your body 90 degrees Fs. Balance all the way to the end and turn 90 degrees to land.

The Fs Boardslide is the same thing than the Bs Boardslide but instead of turning your body 90 Fs when you get on, turn Bs.  (It helps to keep your shoulders square with the rail/box)
