Compress for some pop with your feet in kickflip position. It helps to keep your shoulders square with the board and ollie higer for this trick. You pop the board like a Fs Shove-it but you flip the board like a Fs Kickflip(sometimes it flips more verticaly). This is tricky but keep trying. Get your feet out of the way to let the board flip. When the board has flipped the whole hardflip, catch it and land. (Now you can be really proud of yourself)
