The old P-tex base makes it an average speed board.

Good for kickflips, the lack of concave makes it more difficult for 360flips and varial kickflips tought.
Rails: ****1/2
Doesn't flex because of the wood core, and balance is easy beceause the board has a bended shape.
Grip: ****
Grips really well but has no concave.
Durability: ***
The board delaminates fast and chips really easyly. The P-Tex base isnt really strong so gets scratched fast. What does that change you ask? After a bit of time, your board wont slide.
Overall: ***1/2
Good board, fun for kickflips and rails. The major problem is the durability, but hey, it was one of the first wood models! Still better than the plastics! And its not that expensive. Id recommend it for people who arent riding hard and are starting.
