Approach the object you want to trick on with a shove-it position. The hardest part is the bigspin.  To get on, pop the tail like a shove-it and make the board spin.  But unlike a shove-it let it overrotate 90 degrees more.  Your body has to cover this 90 in the same direction too. (so the board spins 270 while the body spins 90 in the same direction) Land in a Fs Boardslide position and balance all the way to the.  To this level you know how to get off, just ride away clean.
